Login Help Instructions

Use this option to authenticate using a Gmail account. You can also create a new Google account or use an existing email from another domain.

Use an Existing Google Account

On the My County Connect login page, click Continue with Google.
  • Enter your Google email or phone number and click Next.
  • Enter the associated password.
  • You may be prompted for a 2-step authentication; if so, complete that process.
  • You will be redirected to a “Sign in to My County Connect” page; click Continue.
  • Review your Personal Details and click Accept and Continue.
  • You will arrive at the My County Connect dashboard.

Create a New Google Email Address

On the My County Connect login page, click Continue with Google.
  • At the Sign In page, click Create Account.
  • Enter your first name (required) and last name (optional); click Next.
  • Set your date of birth (required) and gender (optional); click Next.
  • Click Create Your Own Gmail address.
  • Type a new Username and click Next.
  • Create a strong password and click Next.
  • Enter your mobile number where you can receive a verification code.
  • Enter the 6-digit verification code (numbers only) you received.
  • Continue reviewing the new account information and click Next.
  • Review & agree to the Privacy and Terms information.
  • Review the Google personalization information and click Next.
  • This brings you to the My County Connect dashboard.

Use an Existing Email Address from Another Domain

On the My County Connect login page, click Continue with Google.
  • At the Sign In page, click Create Account.
  • Enter your first name and last name; click Next.
  • Set your date of birth and gender; click Next.
  • Select Use Your Existing Email.
  • Input your email ID (outside domains are OK) and click Next.
  • Check your email account for the OTP (one-time password); enter the OTP code and click Next.
  • Create a strong password (this will not affect your existing email account) and click Next.
  • Review & agree to the Privacy and Terms information.
  • Click Continue to proceed to My County Connect.
  • Review your Personal Details and click Accept and Continue.
  • You will arrive at the My County Connect dashboard.

Use this option to authenticate using a Microsoft account. You can also create a new Microsoft account or use an existing email from another domain.

Use an Existing Microsoft Accountt

On the My County Connect login page, click Continue with Microsoft.
  • Enter the existing Microsoft email, phone, or Skype account.
  • Click Next.
  • Enter the associated password and click Sign In.
  • Review your Personal Details and click Accept and Continue.
  • You will arrive at the My County Connect dashboard.

Create a New Microsoft Email Addresst

On the My County Connect login page, click Continue with Microsoft.
  • On the Sign In page, click the option Create One.
  • At Create Account, select Get a New Email Address.
  • Type a new email ID and choose a domain (Outlook or Hotmail); click Next.
  • Create a strong password and click Next.
  • Enter your Country/region and birthdate and click Next.
  • Solve the verification puzzle to prove you are not a robot.
  • Review and answer the permission information and click Accept.
  • Review your Personal Details and click Accept and Continue.
  • You will arrive at the My County Connect dashboard.

Use an Existing Email Address from Another Domaint

On the My County Connect login page, click Continue with Microsoft.
  • On the Sign In page, click the option Create One.
  • At Create Account, select Get a New Email Address.
  • Click Use Your Email Instead.
  • Type the email address you want to use and click Next.
  • Create a strong password (this will not affect your existing email account) and click Next.
  • Enter your Country/region and birthdate and click Next.
  • Check your email account for a security code; enter the security code and click Next.
  • Solve the verification puzzle to prove you are not a robot.
  • Review and answer the permission information and click Accept.
  • Review your Personal Details and click Accept and Continue.
  • You will arrive at the My County Connect dashboard.

Use this option to authenticate using an Amazon account. You can also create a new Amazon account with an existing email from another domain.

Use an Existing Amazon Accountt

On the My County Connect login page, click Continue with Amazon.
  • Enter an existing email or phone number associated with your Amazon account.
  • Click Continue.
  • Enter the associated password and click Sign In.
  • If you receive a security verification code, enter the code when prompted.
  • Enter the email address and password associated with your existing Amazon account and click Continue.
  • Review the profile access information and click Allow.
  • Review your Personal Details and click Accept and Continue.
  • You will arrive at the My County Connect dashboard.

Create a New Amazon Account Using an Existing Email t

On the My County Connect login page, click Continue with Amazon.
  • On the Sign In page, click Create Your Amazon Account.
  • Enter your name and an existing email using any domain; enter a strong password.
  • Click Create Your Amazon Account.
  • You may receive a one-time password (OTP) to the given email account; check your email for the code and enter it.
  • Click Create Your Amazon Account.
  • Review the profile access information and click Allow.
  • Review your Personal Details and click Accept and Continue.
  • You will arrive at the My County Connect dashboard.
